Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Forza Copilot app (“the app”), published by Kirill Shirinkin (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The app is free

Forza Copilot is provided free of charge. There is no account, no subscription, no in‑app purchase, and no advertising.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to download and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non‑commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and Apple’s standard EULA conflict, the stricter applicable term governs your use of the app.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• use the app in any unlawful way or to infringe anyone’s rights;
• interfere with or disrupt the app, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network.

You are responsible for how you use telemetry data and for driving and using your devices safely. Don’t interact with the app while operating a vehicle in the real world.

Not affiliated with Forza or Microsoft

Forza Copilot is an unofficial companion app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Microsoft, Turn 10 Studios, or Playground Games. “Forza,” “Forza Horizon,” and “Forza Motorsport” are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. All game content — including car names, track data, and map imagery — is the property of its respective owners and is referenced here for informational, interoperability, and non‑commercial purposes only. The app works with the game’s existing “Data Out” telemetry feature and does not modify the game.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or compatible with any particular game version, console, or network configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app. Because the app is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it — which is zero. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains the limited usage analytics the app collects and confirms that your telemetry and recorded races stay on your device.

Apple as a third‑party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Maintenance and support for the app are provided by us, not Apple.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the “last updated” date above will reflect them. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
